UPDATE: Pep Hamilton has accepted an offer to become the new offensive coordinator with the Indianapolis Colts, Sports Illustrated's Jim Trotter reported on Twitter.
As Cardinal Sports Report first reported last night, it is unlikely that Pep Hamilton will return to Stanford next season.

After spending last weekend at Stanford helping the Cardinal's recruiting effort for the big visit weekend, Hamilton spent several days in New York this week interviewing for the Jets' offensive coordinator vacancy.
Then, following the departure of Bruce Arians from Indianapolis, the Colts got in touch with Hamilton to discuss their offensive coordinator vacancy. ESPN.com's Chris Mortensen reported that Hamilton is a leading candidate to reunite with Andrew Luck as the Colts' OC.
Finally, early Friday afternoon, CBS' Bruce Feldman reported that Hamilton interviewed for the Oregon head coaching vacancy. Cardinal Sports Report was able to confirm that the Hamilton was indeed scheduled to meet with representatives from Oregon this morning in the Bay Area. Former Duck offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich is thought to be the leading candidate to replace Chip Kelly in Eugene.
