Junior defensive captain Thomas Booker announced Saturday morning that he will remain at Stanford for his senior year. Booker is one of the best run defenders in the Pac-12 and has been a workhorse on the defensive line for three seasons.

He is a double major in economics and communications and is determined to earn his undergraduate degrees. He also wants to leave Stanford's football program after taking care of what he describes as "unfinished business" for a team that showed "just a glimpse of our potential" during the bizarre, COVID-19 shortened season.
