McReynolds changes plans

The Ducks have returned home to Eugene after a disappointing last-second loss in the BCS national championship game. The team will take some time off to lick their wounds and mend their pride before getting started on their off season workouts. The coaches however, will have little time to dwell on what could have been. They will be busy trying to finish out this years' recruiting class, one that has the potential to be Oregon's best ever.

One position that is considered a must get is defensive lineman. The Ducks are still in the running for several top rated defensive tackles including Washington D.C. prospect Kevin McReynolds. McReynolds was scheduled to visit Eugene on the 14th but it appears that visit has been delayed. Duck Sports Authority recently spoke with McReynolds to find out if and when he will make his trip out west.

"Oregon wants me to come out next week but I already have a visit with somebody else next week. I wanted to come out there this weekend," said McReynolds. "We'll see where things go. I had a four day weekend this week for school and I've already missed so much school. This weekend would have been the perfect weekend."
