July 30, 2012Cardinal Sports Report is proud to announce the addition of veteran Stanford football beat reporter Kyle Bonagura to assist our coverage of the upcoming Cardinal football season.
Bonagura covered Stanford last year for CBS Sports, and his reporting skills and Stanford knowledge quickly cemented his status as one of the most respected and followed (@KyleBonagura) Cardinal reporters. He was also a regular contributor to Bay Area radio sports leader KNBR to discuss all things Stanford football.
"I'm excited to join Cardinal Sports Report and begin my second year covering Stanford football," Bonagura said. "My experience covering the team last year and throughout spring practice with CBSSports.com was a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to seeing how the program evolves in Year 2 of the David Shaw era."
Bonagura will regularly attend Stanford practices and games, and share his insights and reports to Cardinal Sports Report subscribers through a variety of platforms. Bonagura and Cardinal Sports Report publisher Andy Drukarev will team up to provide consistent, quality, and in-depth coverage for Stanford fans everywhere.
"I'm thrilled to welcome Kyle to Cardinal Sports Report as we continue to build this site into a premier destination for coverage of Stanford sports," Drukarev said.
