Nation's No. 3 RB talks Auburn commitment

Little Rock (Ark.) five-star running back Michael Dyer had dozens of scholarship offers from top programs from across the country. He had plenty of choices on where to play his college ball.

The 5-foot-8, 201-pound Dyer didn't take the decision lightly. He thought about it. He thought some more.

"The only thing that kept coming back into my mind was Auburn," said Dyer.

Friday, he made his decision official.

Dyer, rated by Rivals.com as the No. 1 overall prospect in Arkansas, publicly committed to Gene Chizik and the Auburn Tigers moments after accepting an invitation to play in the Under-Armour All-American Game.
