With one commitment on Monday morning, the outlook of Stanford football got a little brighter. Sean Wiser, one of the best receivers in California, committed to Stanford over Virginia and Oregon.

Sure academics played a part, but as Wiser tells Rivals.com's Greg Biggins, the football program had just as much to do with his commitment.
