After not signing a defensive back in its 2013 recruiting class, the position is a major priority for Stanford in 2014. And, one of the Cardinal's top early targets at the cornerback position is Washington, D.C. four-star recruit D'Andre Payne.

Payne was offered by Stanford's defensive coordinator Derek Mason last week.
