Coach Hot Board: Offensive Coordinator

The "Andrew Luck Director of Offense" will be reunited with his former star pupil in the NFL. It was reported early Friday afternoon that Stanford offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton accepted the coordinator position with the Indianapolis Colts in the NFL.

As a result, Cardinal coach David Shaw will be tasked with filling a coordinator vacancy for the second time in two years -- co-defensive coordinator Jason Tarver left The Farm for the Oakland Raiders last year.

And while Shaw hired David Kotulski from outside the program to replace Tarver last year, it's likely that the Cardinal head coach will look to promote from within to fill the offensive coordinator position.

Cardinal Sports Report's first offensive coordinator coaching hot board is below. There are currently three candidates on the board, which will be updated whenever new information arises.
