Big news for Palma

CardinalSportsReport.com Although his Mission Oak (Tulare) high school team finished the year with a respectable 10-3 record, Kevin Palma's season was somewhat rocky. Palma suffered a sprained knee towards the end of the year and was relegated to an offense-only role on the team. (Previously, Palma enjoyed playing on defense.)
"I was kind of stuck my senior year," Palma said. "I got injured in the last couple of games so I was kind of limited to one side of the ball. It wasn't really a very good season for me. I got injured and my amount of catches were already down. I think I only had like 25 receptions this year."
Earlier this week, however, Palma received a major piece of news that could go a long way towards brightening his football mentality.
