Nelson transitioning from McCray to Ash

BadgerBlitz.com Wisconsin's recruiting efforts in the state of Illinois went through a transition period when Randall McCray left the Badger program in order to take over the defensive coordinator position at Middle Tennessee during the off-season.
Brought in to coach the defensive backs, former Iowa State assistant coach Chris Ash was delegated McCray's responsibilities just south of Madison and the numerous players UW had been recruiting in the greater Chicago area.
