Hampton (Va.) quarterback David Watford announced his college decision on Saturday at the Peninsula All-Star Camp at Christopher Newport University; the same camp that he attended growing up. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound signal caller narrowed his choices to in-state ACC rivals, Virginia and Virginia Tech, in June. Today, he selected the Cavaliers over the Hokies in front of media, family and friends.
