The 2011 Rutgers recruiting class grew by 1 today upon the commitment of Neptune athlete Charles Davis. On a day when the biggest thing on the Rutgers campus was supposed to be the New Jersey vs the Northeast game, Davis surely gave the Rutgers staff and fans something to get excited about.
